Player Registration

Welcome players! All registration is done online and by clicking the link below, your registration forms will be completed online and payment can be made by either using a credit card or mailing in a check.

Late registrants will be placed on a waiting list. Placement of Intramural waiting list players to teams is first-come, first-serve and is totally dependent upon the number of volunteers who step forward to coach.

Adult volunteers are also very welcome! In addition to registering below, a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check is required for all adult voluteers who are part of CYSA. This includes all Board members, coaches, assistant coaches, referees, committee members, trainers or any other volunteers who have direct access to or interaction with children.
