Walk-In Registration

The Chelmsford Youth Soccer Association (CYSA) will hold walk-in registration for the Fall 2008 soccer season on Wednesday, May 15th from 7:00 to 9:00PM at the Old Town Hall in Chelmsford Center. This will be the only opportunity to register in person. Registration forms will be available at the walk-in session.

An additional fee of $5 per in-person registrant will be charged to offset administrative costs.

Online Registration

CYSA will also offer online registration for the Fall 2008 season. Registration forms can be completed online and payment can be made by either using a credit card or mailing in a check.

PLEASE NOTE: You can no longer download the printed registration form from this Web site and mail it to CYSA. You must register online or at the walk-in sessions.

Skills Assessments

All players registering for MYSL Travel are required to participate in spring skills assessments at Murphy field from 5:00 — 7:30 pm. Assessment dates are as follows:

• Girls U10 players on Monday June 9 and 16
• Boys U10 players on Monday June 9 and 16
• Girls U12 players on Tuesday, June 10 and 17
• Boys U12 players on Wednesday, June 11 and 18
• Girls U14 players on Thursday, June 12 and 19
• Boys U14 players on Friday, June 13 and 20

Adult Participation Registration - CORI

CYSA will also offer online registration for adult volunteers. A Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check is required for all adult voluteers who are part of CYSA. This includes all Board members, coaches, assistant coaches, referees, committee members, trainers or any other volunteers who have direct access to or interaction with children.

Sunday 8 June 2008	Late registration period for MYSL Travel U10, U12 and U14 begins and late fee of $20 applies.
Friday 13 June 2008	Late registration for MYSL Travel U10, U12 and U14 closes.
Sunday 29 June 2008	Late registration period begins for Intramural. Late fee of $20 applies and requests will no longer be accepted.
Sunday 27 July 2008	Late registration for Intramural closes.
Sunday 27 July 2008	Player registration for ALL programs for the Fall 2008 season are closed.
