Registration For The Spring 2009 Season
Walk-In Registration
The Chelmsford Youth Soccer Association (CYSA) no longer provides walk-in registration. All registration is done online. For those registrants who do not have access to a home computer, we suggest you use computers at the Chelmsford Public Library to complete the registration process.
Online Registration
CYSA will conduct online registration for the Spring 2009 season. Registration forms can be completed online and payment can be made by either using a credit card or mailing in a check.
Late registrants will be placed on a waiting list. Placement of Intramural waiting list players to teams is first-come, first-serve and is totally dependent upon the number of volunteers who step forward to coach.

Passcards for MYSL Travel Players
MYSL Travel Players in Age Levels U12 and up require Player Pass Cards. After registering online, please provide a 1”x1” photo with the player’s name printed clearly on the back along with the Age Level. Registration is incomplete without this photo. In addition to the photo there should be an index card with the player’s full name along with the parent’s names and a contact phone number is case of any problems. If there is more than 1 player in the family they can all be listed on the index card. Please mail the photo(s) and index card to:

Adult Participation Registration - CORI
CYSA will also offer online registration for adult volunteers. A Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check is required for all adult voluteers who are part of CYSA. This includes all Board members, coaches, assistant coaches, referees, committee members, trainers or any other volunteers who have direct access to or interaction with children.
